On Oct 18, 2010, Yu Hui (Director of Human Resource and Education Department) announced foundation of the new executive leadship of CPRC. CAF dean Zhang Shougong decided to hire Li Fangdong as new director of CPRC, Du Hongyan and Chen Junhua as vice director.
