In March 23, 2011, Henan Science and Technology planning work meeting was held in Zhengzhou, relevant organizations and departments attended the meeting. The technology development programs of 2011 were issued. Two key scientific and technological projects have been issued by Henan Province. they were “The study of botanic source pest control agent of vegetable pest”, and” The study of water-based polyurethane adhesive in wood processing”.
